NC EDSS Webinars
This page features training webinars for the North Carolina Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NC EDSS). Each webinar is a narrated presentation that includes PowerPoint slides and demonstrations of the NC EDSS software. The webinars were originally presented live, so you will periodically hear questions from people who were participating via phone. The curriculum for each session was developed in conjunction with NC DPH staff and is intended for existing NC EDSS users. These sessions were not designed as a training mechanism for new users.
Sessions were recorded using the NC EDSS training database, rather than the “live” system. All of the events and persons were invented for demonstration purposes and are fictional; any resemblance to real people is purely coincidental.
You must have Windows Media 9.0 or higher installed on your computer to view the recorded Webinar. Please note that the speed of your network connection can affect the speed and quality of the video presentation.
